In response to growing client demand and growth within our organisation, we are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing allied health team!

Role Overview:

This position is a diverse role which includes, OT specific assessments, interventions and planning predominantly in the NDIS to increase function and independence in all aspects of Participant lives. The position of Occupational Therapist will provide a high quality, effective and efficient service to clients, by working as a member of the allied health care team with a focus on providing person centred, holistic and goal directed care that promotes clients’ wellness and active participation in decisions about their care.

Essential Criteria:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognised institution.
Registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (OTBA) and compliance with AHPRA standards.
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and human development.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards within the Australian healthcare system.
Strong communication skills and the ability to empathise with clients' needs.
Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices and developments in the field.
Previous experience working with diverse populations and age groups is a plus.
Familiarity with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is preferred
Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a registered vehicle
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
National Criminal History Check
NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
