The Role

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will work in a supportive team to deliver client-centred management, build and maintain professional relationships to provide 1:1 consultancy work.

Perform case management as per service level agreements
Understands relevant legislation and scheme requirements
Produces clear and concise reports within required time frames
Maintains regular verbal and written communication with key stakeholders
Participates in team meetings, events, training and development
Participates in scheduled file review and claims reviews and talent maps
Achieves KPIs
Maintains professional CPD requirements and accreditation (i.e AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC)
Identifies client specific needs and barriers to recovery and return to work
Develops SMART goals for client recovery and return to work Rehabilitation
Proactively implements tailored strategies for multiple clients
Maintains professional relationships and rapport with clients and key stakeholders
Negotiates positive outcomes for multiple stakeholders
Contributes to the development and improvement of assessments and services
Performs specialised assessments in line with skills and qualifications (i.e ADLs, FCEs, Vocs, Psychometric Testing, Treatment)

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience

AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, OR Rehabilitation Counsellor
ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Valid Australian Driver’s License
Excellent written + report writing abilities and verbal communication skills
Strong aptitude for time management
