About Us

Engage Speech Therapy is a mobile speech therapy provider based in Vermont. As a mobile therapy provider, we offer staff the opportunity to base themselves from home or come into our modern office. We provide servies to predominately NDIS clients (paediatric and adult) and those from residential aged care facilities. Our clinicians are comitted to evidence-based practice, with our clinicians certified to offer a number of therapies including LSVT Loud, SPEAK OUT! and PEERS Social Skills Group for Young Adults. Depending on your experience, expertise and areas of interest, you will be allocated either an adult or mixed (paediatric and adult) caseload.

About the Role

As our practice continues to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to join the team. The new speech pathologist will be taking on a caseload based in and around the East and South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

You will be providing assessment and therapy for people of all ages who have communication and swallowing difficulties due to developmental disability, autism spectrum disorder, acquired disability and progressive neurological conditions.

This position is either Full-Time or Part-Time.

About You

As the successful applicant you will be an experienced (preferred) Speech Pathologist that has:

Membership to Speech Pathology Australia as a Certified Practising Member
Experience working with either adult or paediatric caseloads
Experience with a range of augmentative and alternative communication systems (optional)
A valid driver's license and access to own vehicle OR the ability to drive a manual car (office car is a manual transmission)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to initiate multidisciplinary team meetings as a part of a highly engaged team.
