We are looking for a passionate Psychologist who can help us on our mission to help Australians on their mental health journey.

My Help Psychology was established in 2021 as a Telehealth based extension to our Gold Coast based private clinic. My Help Psychology is focused on offering Telehealth across Australia and are in the process of becoming a registered NDIS provider. Our practice is built on strong values of integrity, accountability, humility and optimism.

If you need an additional top of clients, enjoy working with like-minded professionals but don't need to see them everyday or have a preference not to have the headaches of running a practice and associated admin, then this is the perfect opportunity. This role is suited to someone who is looking for contract based work from home. You will have full control over your own calendar and take appointments when or if it suits you.

Our clients

We welcome a broad range of clients and of course can assign bookings to the specific areas of interest of each Psychologist. We are heavily focussed on building up our NDIS clientele with the often unique areas of support they require. We also cater for most typical psychology services, including mood disorders, family/relationship issues, childhood disorders and psychological assessments.

Remuneration is based on a percentage of each session but would typically be between $110.00 - $140.00 per session.

About you

Full registration as a psychologist with AHPRA
Experience working with NDIS clients - particularly with neurodiversity challenges, young adults and couples highly regarded
Passionate about health and the benefits of caring for your own wellbeing
Minimum of 2 years experience as a registered psychologist working with clients in a therapeutic setting.
Experience in working with a wide range of mental health issues and presentations
Able to work independently and autonomously
Exceptional time-management and organisation skill
Willing to work evenings/Saturdays
Eligible to register to provide psychological services through Medicare
Currently ABN
Own professional indemnity insurance
Committed to continued professional development
Great rapport building/ interpersonal skills.
