The Role:

We are looking for a qualified Speech Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, delivering speech and language therapy to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. The successful candidate will enjoy flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful impact on our clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and provide treatment for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop personalized treatment plans.
Deliver tailored therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Maintain detailed client records.
Participate in ongoing professional development to ensure the highest standard of care.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
Experience with NDIS clients preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to high-quality, client-focused care.
