Chrysalis Allied Health is a recently established allied health setting located within the heart of Williamstown, Melbourne situated only one block away from the marina. The premises itself is over 100 years old and has a warm and inviting ambience. The consulting rooms available for sub-lease are newly furnished with the needs of both professionals and patients held in mind. Rooms are suitable for solo practitioners including a range of health/allied health professionals (including psychiatrists, psychotherapists, speech pathologists, naturopaths etc) that work with individuals, couples, children and families.
This is a unique opportunity to work autonomously within a warm and welcoming environment and a professional and collegiate atmosphere. You will be sharing the space with psychologists, psychotherapists and mental health social workers who value the importance of a safe and supportive workspace.
The daily rate for sub-lease range between $105-$130 plus GST, depending on the room and lease arrangement (12 month or 6 month lease arrangements available). We have one room currently available on a full-time basis at a reduced rate of $550 plus GST for the week for exclusive use.
The rental fee includes all outgoings as well as the use of WiFi, split system heating and air conditioning (available in each room), secure entry, basic bathroom and kitchen supplies, weekly professional cleaning and use of a shared waiting room for clients/patients.
