If you are ready to realise your passion for improving the lives of children, adolescents and their parents/carers through quality driven care rather than through quick outcomes or rushed service delivery, or are sick of being in a workplace where laborious meetings and red tape gets in the way of being truly client focused, then join us so we can support you to do your life's best work.
Your experience working in our Team as a Psychologist will enable you to be effective and have pride in your work each and every day as you support clients to reach their best outcomes - all in the comfort of our individually purpose-designed rooms created for safety and calm.
Between the Principal Clinical Psychologist, full time team of dedicated and skilled Psychologists including Board Approved Supervisors, admin support to take care of every aspect of indirect clinical care, access to fully resourced therapy and assessment rooms, various training opportunities and more, the amount of support offered by our Centre will give you the scope to focus entirely on empowering your clients to become their best selves. We even keep the chocolate drawer stocked for those afternoon cravings!
If you are seeking variety in your clients or a gentle ingress to private practice, we receive a constant stream of referrals with a vast range of requests so can easily cater to your caseload preferences, any niche you may have, or support you to create one.
Whether you like to focus on therapeutic interventions entirely or mix it up with assessment work, or even focus on assessment work as your full caseload, we have you covered. Whether collaborating with families in a strengths focused approach to support therapeutic goals such as for mood or social challenges, behavioural and emotional regulation, neurodivergence, disability challenges, grief and loss, supporting children with abuse or neglect experiences is your passion, or assessments and diagnostic clarification gets your juices flowing, we have all of the gold standard tools and evidence based resources to enable your ideal client experience!
Located in a family-friendly suburb with free on street parking, 100 metres from the main street with popular cafes with great coffee and lunch options within a 5 minute walk. Every room is naturally lit and ventilated as well as climate controlled. You can also opt to enjoy our outdoor therapy/handball/ lunch space with our own private backyard, with therapy pets welcome.
We enjoy a diverse team and encourage both experienced senior clinicians as well as early career psychologists to apply.
